WWOB Ticket Policy

WWOB Ticket Policy

Way Way Off-Broadway Theatre Company is grateful for the business and support that our audience provides for us.  As a customer, we want you to have the best, easiest, and most secure experience when purchasing tickets both online through our website and in person at the theater.  Here are a few guidelines to help you better understand our ticket policy and process:

All sales are final.  WWOB does not issue a refund for dissatisfaction or for tickets that go unused.  If you have any issues with our productions, please speak with a WWOB staff member at the theater or contact us by phone, email or social media so that we can address your concerns.  Due to our non-profit, charitable status as an organization, any costs associated with tickets that are unused may be considered a charitable donation and may be deductible on certain tax returns.  Check with local, state, and federal tax code regulations, and/or your tax professional for more information.

Tickets may be transferred.  If you missed a performance that you purchased tickets for, WWOB will make every effort to transfer your tickets to a different performance, though we cannot guarantee that seats are available.  In many cases, your originally selected seats may not be available, and alternative seats will need to be selected.  Tickets may not be transferred between different productions.

Tickets are released at curtain time.  If you have not checked-in and collected your will call tickets by curtain time, WWOB reserves the right to release your tickets for resale.  You will not be entitled to a refund for tickets released due to no-show (see above).

All discounted tickets are subject to verification and/or cancellation.  WWOB reserves the right to confirm certain discounted offers on any tickets (Subscriber Series, child/senior, military, etc.).  If verification cannot be made, you will be charged for the appropriate, non-discounted ticket.  Additionally, WWOB reserves the right to suspend and/or cancel any discounted ticket offer at any time, for any reason.

Your information will be kept secure.  In today’s times, identity theft and financial security of transactions performed online are legitimate concerns for customers.  WWOB is proud to use our online ticketing service, Brown Paper Tickets, who have taken several measures to ensure that all transactions performed online or in person with a credit card can be done safely and securely.  For more information about the safety and security of online transactions provided by Brown Paper Tickets, please visit the company’s webiste at www.brownpapertickets.com. WWOB does not process, nor keep any information regarding credit card transactions, and is not responsible for any accidental or malicious release of information.  If you believe you have been the victim of any such release of information, please contact us by phone, email or social media so that we may address your concerns.

WWOB Ticket Policy is subject to change.  WWOB reserves the right to alter and amend the above ticket policy at any time, for any reason.
